Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the PillRoute application and of pillroute.com. They are written to be read once, in full, by a pharmacy owner. Last updated on March 2, 2026.
1. Acceptance
By creating a PillRoute account, by signing an order form that refers to these terms, or by using the application in any way, you accept this agreement on behalf of the pharmacy business you represent. If you do not accept it, do not use the service. Where a separately signed contract exists between your business and MLJ, SASU, that contract prevails over anything written here that contradicts it. The service is provided by MLJ, SASU, SIREN 934 769 837, publisher of the PillRoute brand.
2. What the service does
PillRoute is a web application, with a companion phone view for drivers, that supports appointment based dispensing and prescription delivery for independent community pharmacies. It proposes anchor dates for maintenance medications, calculates bridge quantities for a synchronization month, builds a refill call queue with prescriber renewal requests, sequences delivery stops into a driver manifest, captures signatures and delivery evidence, and reports on adherence measures including proportion of days covered.
PillRoute is a workflow layer. It is not a dispensing system, it does not adjudicate claims, it does not verify a prescription and it does not replace the professional judgment of a licensed pharmacist. Every short fill quantity, every anchor date and every delivery decision it proposes must be reviewed and approved by qualified staff at your pharmacy before it is acted on. You remain solely responsible for compliance with federal law, with the rules of your state board of pharmacy and with your own policies.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Accounts are available to licensed pharmacy businesses operating in the United States. You must be at least eighteen years old and authorized to bind your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything done under your account. Each named user must have their own login, and credentials must never be shared between technicians or drivers. Tell us immediately at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PillRoute to store information you have no right to hold, to attempt to access another customer's data, to probe or test the security of the platform without written permission, to resell or sublicense access, to copy the interface or the underlying logic into a competing product, or to run automated processes that place an unreasonable load on the service. You also agree not to upload material that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights. Serious or repeated breaches allow us to suspend the account, and we will tell you why in writing on the same day.
5. Subscriptions, prices and billing
Three plans are offered, each billed monthly in United States dollars: One Store at $69 per month, Two Stores at $149 per month and Pharmacy Group at $299 per month. Prices are exclusive of any sales tax or VAT that applies to your business. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. The subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your start date until it is cancelled, and the payment method you register is charged on that day.
If a payment fails we retry it and notify you. Where an invoice remains unpaid fifteen days after the due date we may suspend access until it is settled, keeping your data intact throughout. We may change plan prices with at least sixty days of written notice sent to the account contact, and a price change never applies to a month you have already paid for. If a price change does not suit you, cancel before it takes effect.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from inside your account, without contacting anyone and without giving a reason. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial months are not refunded, except where the law where you operate requires it. Before the account closes you can export patients, anchor dates, call outcomes, routes and signature records as CSV files, and we keep the account recoverable for thirty days before permanent deletion. We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, and we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem where doing so is reasonable.
7. Your data
Everything your pharmacy puts into PillRoute belongs to your pharmacy. We claim no ownership over it and we process it only in order to run the service for you, following your documented instructions. Where the data includes protected health information we act as a business associate and sign a business associate agreement before any import takes place. We do not sell customer data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use identifiable patient information to train models. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify a store, a patient or a prescriber may be used to report on how the product performs across the customer base.
8. Availability and support
We target 99.5 percent monthly availability, measured outside announced maintenance windows, which are scheduled for United States overnight hours and announced at least three days ahead. Support is provided by email during French business days and is answered within one business day, usually faster. Because pharmacies operate on a fixed daily rhythm, we treat any fault that blocks route building or signature capture on a delivery day as urgent and work on it immediately.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an as available basis. Beyond what is written in this agreement and beyond the warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law, we make no other warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or free of every error, nor that its adherence figures or route estimates will be accurate in every individual case.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising in any twelve month period is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid for the service during that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost goodwill, loss of anticipated savings or the cost of replacement services. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, for willful misconduct, or for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify MLJ, SASU against third party claims, damages and reasonable costs that arise from your use of the service in breach of this agreement, from data you upload that you had no right to hold, or from a failure by your pharmacy to meet its own regulatory obligations. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and cooperate reasonably with your defense of it.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new features, new legal requirements or clearer wording. Material changes are notified to the account contact by email at least thirty days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, cancel before the effective date and we will refund any period you have paid for beyond it.
13. Governing law and contact
This agreement is governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably within sixty days of a written complaint will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France. Notices to us must be sent to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com, addressed to MLJ, SASU, publication director Jimenez Julien. Our full company details are set out on the legal notice, and our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
